​How many step does the application process consist of?
  • The application process is composed of three steps. First, the participants are required to send their abstracts, after they are being approved, as the second step, the participants should send the full paper. The full papers will be evaluated again. At the end, accepted participants should complete their registration by paying the application fee.


When and where will the congress be held?

  • The congress will be held on 12-13 April 2019 at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University.


What are the conditions for participating to congress as an audience?

  • There are no conditions required to participate as an audience. Anyone interested can join for free.

How much does it cost to attend to congress as a speaker?

  • The registration fee is 90€  for the speakers.

  • The registration fee is for Master and Ph.D. students is 70€. 

  • The deadline for registration fees is 25 March 2019.

In which languages I can send a paper for the congress?

  • The language of the Congress is English and Turkish. The summaries and declarations on both languages will be accepted. It is necessary to send the summaries of the Turkish presentation both in Turkish and English.

Which writing format should be used in the papers?

  • All text must conform to APA-6 style. For more information, see “About->Paper Guidelines”.

Who will cover transportation and accommodation expenses?

  • Transportation and accommodation expenses will be covered by the participants. You can check the "Registration" page for hotel package offers.

What is the duration of each speaker's presentation?

  • 15 minutes presentations, and 10 minutes for questions and answers part will be given for each presentation.

Can I send more than one paper to Congress?

  • Each speaker has a right to submit up to 2 papers.
